  • Mixed Apparatus

    Semi-private group class (6 people max) exclusively offered at VM Pilates utilizing classic reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel and small props on the mat. Class is taught circuit style meaning you’ll rotate from one apparatus to another, learning exercises to strengthen, lengthen, tone and challenge your mind body connection.

  • Mat Pilates

    Semi-private group class (6 people max) focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness using a mat and minimal equipment. Participants perform a series of controlled movements that emphasize proper alignment and breath control, promoting muscle toning and improved posture. The class typically includes exercises for the abdomen, back, hips, and legs, and arms making it suitable for all fitness levels. 

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Semi-Private group class (6 people max) featuring a dynamic flow of poses linked together by breath. Participants transition smoothly from one posture to the next, creating a rhythmic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Each class often centers around a specific theme or intention, with a focus on alignment and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, Vinyasa encourages a connection to the body and breath, making it energizing and meditative.
