CLASSES
Semi-private group class (6 people max) focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness using a mat and minimal equipment. Mat Pilates
Semi-private group class (6 people max) utilizing reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel and small props on the mat. Class is taught circuit style meaning you’ll rotate from one apparatus to another, learning exercises to strengthen, lengthen, tone and challenge your mind body connection. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Mixed Apparatus
Small group class (6 people max) featuring a dynamic flow of poses linked together by breath. Participants transition smoothly from one posture to the next, creating a rhythmic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Each class often centers around a specific theme or intention, with a focus on alignment and mindfulness. Music may accompany the flow, enhancing the experience. Suitable for all levels, Vinyasa encourages a connection to the body and breath, making it energizing and meditative
